Our dedicated ceremony space, The Promise Aisle, seats up to 50 guests. For larger weddings and celebrations, The Promise Hall can accommodate ceremony + reception experiences for up to 100 guests, depending on the setup and event needs.

Yes. We offer ceremony-only packages in The Promise Aisle for guest counts ranging from just the couple + 4 guests up to 50 guests.

Yes. Couples may choose a ceremony in The Promise Aisle followed by a reception in The Promise Hall, or for larger weddings, both the ceremony and reception may take place in The Promise Hall with the room transitioned between portions of the celebration.

An officiant is included with select wedding packages. Package details will specify whether officiant services are included.

Couples may use their own qualified officiant when permitted by the selected package and venue requirements. Any package-specific restrictions will be provided before booking.

Most ceremonies are approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on the couple’s selections, vows, unity traditions, and ceremony style.

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with qualifying packages and rentals based on the selected package and approved guest count.

Many packages include décor using items from our available décor inventory. Specialty décor, custom florals, upgraded rentals, or custom design requests may require an additional fee.

Linens are included with qualifying ceremony + reception packages and may also be available with other rentals depending on the package selected. For our packages only. Not for venue rental packages.

Yes. Qualifying reception packages include setup for the sweetheart/couple table, cake table, and gift/sign-in table.

Cake + toast is included with ceremony-only packages $299 and up. After the ceremony in The Promise Aisle, the couple and guests transition to The Promise Hall for the cake cutting and celebratory toast.

Yes. Couples may bring their own champagne for approved cake + toast experiences.

No, unless specifically stated in writing as part of a package. Khristian’s Light does not prepare food. Preferred food/catering vendor options are available, and outside caterers may be subject to venue approval.

Yes, subject to venue requirements. Outside caterers may be required to provide appropriate licensing, insurance, or other documentation.

No. Alcohol must receive prior approval and must comply with all venue requirements and applicable laws. Any required licensed or insured alcohol service remains the responsibility of the renter or provider.

Standard setup, breakdown, and cleanup are included only when stated in the selected package. Excessive cleaning, damage, or extraordinary cleanup may result in additional charges.

Your time begins at the contracted start time. It does not begin when decorating is finished or when guests arrive.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled event time. All events must still end at the contracted time unless additional time has been approved and purchased.

Additional time may be added based on availability and prior approval. Current additional-time pricing will be provided with the selected package or rental agreement.

Guest counts must remain within the venue’s approved capacity and the limits of the selected package. Guest-count increases must be approved before the event and may result in an additional fee.

Where applicable, additional guests are $20 per person, subject to the package and maximum venue capacity.

Your date is not officially reserved until the required reservation payment/deposit and signed agreement have been received.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final payment requirements are provided in the agreement for your package. Current wedding policies require remaining balances to be paid before the event by the stated deadline.

Certain venue rentals may require a $200 refundable security deposit, subject to satisfactory post-event inspection and the terms of the rental agreement.

For rentals where cleaning is not included, a $150 venue-cleaning option may apply, or the renter may be required to meet the venue’s cleaning requirements.
